Orange Juice

Everyone loves orange juice. However, it's gotten a bad rap for its high calorie content. I'd say the benefits outweigh a few extra calories. The facts:

  • Two glasses of orange juice increase vitamin C concentration in the body by 40 to 64 percent
  • Prevents inflammation within the body
  • May improve diastolic blood pressure
  • May decrease LDL cholesterol
