Walnuts

I love putting nuts on my morning oatmeal. Not only are they filling, but they provide great nutrition. One of my favorite nuts are walnuts. Here are the facts:

  • Can protect against decline in brain function
  • Can lower cholesterol when consumed daily
  • May lower risk of breast cancer
  • Have more antioxidants than other nuts
